Hello everyone! (: Just some stuff for you guys to take note of..
I know some of you are wondering/confused about dance timings, so here they are!
WEDNESDAY
Self Practise: 3.30pm - 5.30pm
Recap Lesson: 5.30pm - 6pm
Junior Technique Class: 6pm - 7pm
Senior Technique Class: 7pm - 8.30pm
Self Practise: 8.30pm - 10pm
THURSDAY
Self Practise: 5pm - 6pm
Junior Lesson: 6pm - 7pm
Year 2 Lesson: 7pm - 7.45pm
Year 3 Lesson: 7.45pm - 8.30pm
Self Practise: 8.30pm - 10pm
FRIDAY
Formation Practise (for Year 2s and Year 3s): 6pm - 7pm
Self Practise: 7pm - 10pm
For Thursday, the 3rd partition of the MPH is free for self practise between 5pm - 10pm.. So if you want to practise before/after your class while others are having theirs, please use the 3rd partition..
Ok, now time for an important update.. Please take note..
For this coming Wednesday, 30 June, there is a change in technique class timings.. Teacher Sharon will be conducting a hair and make-up class from 6pm - 7.30pm.. So the junior technique class will be pushed to 7.30pm - 8.30pm.. Same for the seniors technique class, it will be pushed to 8.30pm - 9.30pm.. The hair and make-up class is COMPULSORY for all juniors to attend.. Please bring the following along:

- Dance Shoes

Hey Dancers, its shopping time! Guess what we are going to buy? Thats right, its your dance shoes (both guys and girls) and dance skirt (girls)! ;D The shoes will cost below $150 and the skirts below $30. So bring sufficient money ok?
Teacher Sharon will be bringing some shoes down on Wednesday, 16June for you guys to have a look. Bring your money then if you are interested in getting from her. But for those who want to have a look at other designs before deciding on buying, we will be having our shoe buying day on Thursday, 17June. Meet 11am at Chinatown MRT gantry. For those who decide to buy from Teacher Sharon but wish to come along just to kpo, feel free to do so! (: We will also be getting the dance skirts for the girls on Thursday (after buying the shoes), so please do not be late because we have a tight schedule to keep.

Hello there all you dancers! It's been long right!
Okay firsts thing to be announced are COMPETITIONS! :D
There are 2 upcoming competitions that you all can take part in! The 21st Singapore Lion City International DanceSport Championships(20S$ per couple) & The Inter-Tertiary Dancesport Competitions(15S$ per couple for OPEN EVENTS)! It's FREE for TERTIARY EVENTS.
There's also entry tickets to watch the competition going at $25 bucks per person, inclusive of a buffet meal.
So those who are interested in taking part please do go down on the 2 of June to the AUDITION ROOM, 3pm - 6pm and look for either Don or Peiwen to fill up the entry forms and make the respective registration fees! :D
If you do not want to participate but you're interested in watching a dancesport competition, There are also standing dinner tickets for the 21st Lion City International DanceSport Championships which are available for you at a discounted price of 40S$ per person! Deadline would be Friday, 4th of June. Payment will be collect when dance is resumed.
NEXT! OUR SPDS FOC CAMP! It will be held on the 21, 22 & 23 of June 2010! Its is only 10S$ Per person! All meals, drinks and even accommodation IS PROVIDED! So come on and join in the fun! :D Those interested in joining our camp and have not submitted their names please do so by informing our events Leping or our treasurer Wangjue!
Also look out for our shoe buying day! which will probably be on a day after the MST week! This is for people who want to get their dance shoes as the seniors would be bring you down to several shops to get them! :D So watch this space!
